Caregiver Matchmaking Support

 

This service helps families in the Self-Determination Program find a caregiver or support person who fits their needs and values. I take care of the search, screening, and intro process so families don’t have to do it alone.

Here is what I'll handle for you

  • Posting the caregiver opportunity/job description based on family input

  • Searching and sourcing potential candidates

  • Reviewing resumes and references

  • Screening for relevant caregiving or behavioral experience (if applicable)

  • Pre-interview screening

  • Coordinating a live Zoom introduction or interview between the candidate and the family

  • Onboarding guidance with your FMS

  • Optional: caregiver training billed under SDP code 364

 

 

Pricing

  • 1 caregiver match – $200

  • 2 matches – $350

  • 3 matches – $500

  • Replacement search (if needed) – $125

  • Optional caregiver training – Billed under SDP Code 364

Payment is due once onboarding begins. May be billed under SDP Code 333 or 364. Please confirm with your IF or FMS.

 

FAQ

  • Is the caregiver your employee?
    No. You are the employer through your FMS. I help you find someone aligned with your needs.

  • What if the match doesn’t work out?
    I offer a refund or a discounted replacement search

  • Can you help train the caregiver?
    Yes, I offer optional behavior support training, billed under SDP Code 364.
