Self Determination Program 

 
California's Self-Determination Program allows individuals with disabilities and their families to have more choice and control over the services and supports they receive. I work with families, Independent Facilitators (IF), and Financial Management Services (FMS) providers to ensure services align with the participant’s person-centered plan.
