California's Self-Determination Program allows individuals with disabilities and their families to have more choice and control over the services and supports they receive. I work with families, Independent Facilitators (IF), and Financial Management Services (FMS) providers to ensure services align with the participant’s person-centered plan.

Services for SDP Families:
- Parent coachingÂ
1:1 support to help caregivers better understand behavior and build practical strategies
Rate: $135/hr - Behavior support plans (Initial Assessment)
Individualized plans designed to address challenging behaviors, increase safety, and support meaningful skill development.
Rate: $450 flat fee - Skill-building sessions (Community or in-home support)
Direct support sessions focused on independence, communication, regulation, social skills, and daily living routines.
Rate: $120/hr - Academic support (In-home support)
Personalized academic and executive functioning support based on your child’s learning profile and goals.
Rate: $115/hr
